| Baby shoe bronzing is more of an art than a science, and
we take pride and care to ensure that your baby shoes are carefully and beautifully preserved.
As with any hand-crafted product, you may find subtle flaws or imperfections in your bronzed or porcelainized shoes. We make every
effort to minimize such defects, but, in the unlikely event you are unhappy
with your finished product, we will do our best to correct the problem. If
you remain dissatisfied, we will refund your full bronzing fees.
You must be 100% satisfied with our craftsmanship or we'll refund your money in full! This is our guarantee of quality and craftsmanship to you.
